Seydina Ousmane Mbaye is a PhD student in Information and Communication Sciences, jointly supervised by the Mohammed 5 University of Rabat (Languages, Translation, Communication and Culture research unit – LT2C-) and the Paul Valéry University of Montpellier ( Communication, Human Resources and Social Intervention research unit – CORHIS).
Journalist and copywriter in a Moroccan multinational banking company since 2016, he combines scientific research and professional practice. His doctoral research focuses specifically on organizational culture and communication, according to a research-intervention approach aimed at producing knowledge that can be activated and likely to serve as levers for organizational transformation.
